Tosa Bike Garage Return Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 26, 2020

We offer a 30 day return period on all new items. We want our customers to be happy and returns to be easy. We only request that the item is in its original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received it. For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
  • For any complete bike return please contact us directly at tosabikegarage@gmail.com
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING:
  • Nutritional/food products
  • Custom-assembled products (a complete bike built of components you selected, a wheelbuild, etc.)
  • Used or damaged merchandise, unless the item failed due to a manufacturer defect. Tosa Bike Garage will facilitate all warranties provided by the individual manufacturers by making a claim on your behalf.

If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund/exchange right away.

If the item exceeds the 30 day return limit but is still brand new, unused with full retail packaging we can offer store credit. We will not be able to issue a refund after 30 days. Anything past a year will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.

We are nice people and always willing to help and make you happy so don't hesitate to get in touch. We understand there will always be unique situations and we are more than willing to help out.
